Life can become challenging, leaving us feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, and fear. Our experiences shape how we see the world and the way we live in it. These experiences throughout our lives have a way of impacting thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, which can sometimes impact our ability to live our lives to their fullest potential. Although life’s challenges are constantly arising, I believe that we all have the tools within ourselves to develop skills to overcome them, shift perspective and gain new insight and awareness.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and I offer an empathetic space without judgment for building a genuine connection that allows you to believe you are safe to share your experiences, thoughts, concerns, fears, and insecurities openly. I work with people experiencing stubborn problems. If you’re struggling to find a sense of well-being in your life, you may feel chronically unwell, and disconnected from your core sense of self. You might find yourself relying on unfulfilling coping strategies, or caught in patterns that lead you back to the same point, again and again. You might find yourself clutched by painful memories from the past, or gripped by endless worrying about the future. You may have experienced tumultuous relationships, or struggled to find people who care about you in the ways you want to be cared for. You may long to fulfill your vision of a happy life, bringing completion to old chapters, and beginning to write fresh new ones.
At the heart of my practice is the knowledge that we all inherently possess what we need to be well. Whether you’re looking to uncover a more nuanced understanding of your inner self, develop tools for meaningful and lasting change, or simply to be heard and appreciated by another person – I’m here with you! Working together, we can make space for you to explore and make sense of your distinctive experience, at the pace that is right for you.
Drawing from a range of therapeutic methods, I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, preferences and aspirations, while holding a deep acceptance and appreciation for who you are, and whatever you bring to the time we share. The work may not always be easy, but it can be freeing, exciting and transformative.

You may be navigating a season of grief, anxiety, identity, or transition - carrying a quiet heaviness you haven’t yet had the space to name. Perhaps you feel stuck, unseen, or unsure of where to turn, yet still hold a spark of hope or curiosity. When you long to feel like yourself again - or experience yourself fully for the first time - you seek connection, meaning, and a steadier way of being.
I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (Provisional) with the CPCA (Canadian Professional Counselling Association) and together, we explore your story with honesty and compassion, creating room for the experiences, feelings, and memories that have shaped you. I offer a warm and welcoming space where nothing within you is “too much” or “not enough.” In our work, we gently uncover the threads of your inner world, helping you move through pain, deepen self-awareness, and begin to live with more clarity and ease.
I specialize in supporting those moving through grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and life transitions. Using mindfulness, somatic tools, and narrative work, I help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, understand the stories you carry, and build self-trust. Our sessions invite you to slow down, notice what you’re feeling, and discover a steadier sense of self - one that feels both centered and free.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, lost, or simply in need of a safe place to land, you are not alone. Your story matters. Healing doesn’t have to happen all at once - just one honest step at a time. Wherever you are in your journey, I will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion.
